Your shares are being replaced with the other shares. Yes you will still own shares in an empty shell that is of no use to anyone because of its history of non reporting.
It will take too much to make the shell worth anything.

Why do you think they took this route instead of just fixing SRSR?
It cant be fixed.

So yeah I guess getting $100 bucks per million shares is not quite the same as a straight RS but your investment in SRSR is as close to worthless as an active stock gets the day after the divi.

Like I said.... why try to deny it and make it out to be something it isn't. A RS is the only option. Disguised as a Divi makes no difference to the outcome.
In the end you get 1 share for every 20 and the shell is a write off
