Shiningtree is losing all its ground because Dan doesn't understand that if you don't do exploration work on a property in Ontario ($400 Can. dollars per 40 acre claim per year) that is leased from the Crown, the property defaults back to the Crown. Many mining claims that SH owned have already done that, the property will be worthless in a few months.

And it was a very promising property. 2.1 metres of 7 grams per ton on DDH-02.

Mismanagement abounds.

Dan's idea that you can shift the major asset out of a company without shareholder approval and get out from under creditor's claims is a fantasy.

Dan needs a pump to have the market buy his SRSR shares that the DOL will liquidate to place money back in the pension fund and pay back his sister and her judgement

If not Dan goes bankrupt once again. Dan does not want that, I don't blame him.

I submit: don't let Dan's desperation direct your investment moves.
