It is dillutive because if anavex became worth that high of a market cap on their own with grants, the shares would be more than 20/per share. Since BP would take part of the pie they would only consider your piece of the pie worth only $20/share or less. But I understand what everyone is saying about share price...you are just not realizing that there would be a higher price per share if all profit stayed with AVXL. I will not post anymore on this subject.
