tob, I agree on the "tired" aspect of all these dilution posts. Let's cut to the chase.

Anavex wants to partner with BP. If BP decides to partner with Anavex, they will want a piece of the action (at least, I would if I were BP).

So, Leo, if BP agrees to pay $20/share for 10% of Anavex, is that dilutive ... in your world?
