I have enough business sense to not to go beyond what I have seen and heard. I think decisions were made to delay the planned office in Vietnam, until the questions from bureaucracy were answered. No use getting an office until ABCD and E are complete. Sure thought it would be quicker. I also know I am not wrapped up in the day to day in my fortune 400 company job, to keep up with decisions. That is reality everywhere.

I am kicking myself for thinking it would go faster, but no one here had a roadmap or listed everything that would need to transpire for Vn to happen. I thought the hunger for commerce would supersede red tape in a communist-like country....like it does in China. No one here knows who is trying to delay it specifically, but I think that is happening.

So the CEO gets all the "credit," everyone is now willing to ascribe. Better CEO's could of made this happen, but that is definitely a relative term.

As for having no guidance, it matters little if the power is behind delay. This is to say he has guidance, but no power. So the drifting is more than likely an evil, not of Kim's making alone. Few are in the mood to allow understanding.

The decision to start Dgragon Silk production here is an example of something opposite of drifting, and had the delays in Vn been expected, it would have happened sooner....in hindsight.
