Selling off MEDL Mobile for a mere $100,000, which was the KEY asset of WWTH shareholders has to be criminal.
With it went the app library, patents and a profitable company.

THEN SELLING THE APP LIBRARY FOR 5 MILLION DOLLARS......WHAT ?????

That money would have paid the debt and kept the share structure and the stock price up. THIS WAS CRIMINAL.

All the above is my opinion, after all who would believe me anyway since I drive a 1975 Vega!
