With Inc. (fka WWTH)

I have had many correspondents with A and D and they have stated more then once a lot of there friends and family were investors and still maintain that there only assets in this are there 25 million or so shares they have........I still for the life of me can't understand why they had to give away 60%+ ownership in Hang W/ for about 350K in debt to Alpha Capitol. This is an ownership that raised over 1 million in crowdfunding support just months earlier. I don't know the details but I think the crowdfunding campaign valued Hang W/ around 40 million. Competitors in this live space were sold for 50 million and more. How did Andy and Dave only get 350K for there ownership? It's sounds flat out criminal but A and D deny any such accusations. We shall see if any lawsuit comes as a result of an OTC penny stock. It appears they sold to Alpha Capitol to prevent foreclosure on a loan. My opinion is they did this to save their jobs and to keep Hang W/ afloat since they are affiliated with that company as well. Kind of conflict of interest to be honest. Had they just let Alpha foreclose on the loan a bankruptcy judge would have forced the sale of WWTH assets (their share of shares in Hang W/)........I don't see how this would ever have sold for 350K. The technology alone for the various verticals is worth many times that. Again competitors sold for 50 million plus. Say they would have sold it for 10 million to be conservative. That would have been a decent payday for most investors. The downside A and D lose there jobs........I doubt we will ever know, but it would be interesting to know if A and D turned down offers in the past for 25+ million because they thought there company was worth 100+ million. Andrew is on record saying during an investor broadcast he thought the stock price should have been $6 (it was 12 cents or so at the time). I fear there greed and terrible mismanagement cost many of us dearly. I could have bought a nice car with my losses on this investment.
