This was the biggest scam ever pulled off by Andrew Maltin and Dave Swartz
Create a holding company, then create 2 private subsidiaries with all the assets. Sell shares into the holding companies by private investors. which dilutes the value to shareholders of the holding company.
Have the shareholders of the holding company pay for patents that belong to the subsidiaries.
Have the holding company get strapped with toxic debt and give the assets to the toxic debt holder. Then have the management go to work for the surviving subsidiaries which were sold off for a song to the toxic note holder.
The holding company gets delisted and the subsidiaries survive as MEDL Mobile and Rooms keeping the same websites and all the original Hang With investors get flushed down the toilet

500 million authorized and is accurate.
51 million Float. That is way to low for the float and not accurate in my opinion.
CHEAP here, no doubt.

The float in my opinion is just somewhere under that, guess,
300-400 million, the way WWTH has been trading and it's PPS, and people getting in and out? Just my opinion.
Very cheap shell with big potential with ANY WWTH update on the company with the low Authorized shares.
I've just been sitting and waiting after I grabbed ton at this level the past month.

In this market, shells can be very profitable and inexpensive way for a company to go public. Cheaper to buy up the shares of company shell and take company public.
This is one area where shareholder value may increase great by owning before any shell deal is completed.

There is a reason for recent volume hitting after months of so little trading, to currently great deal increase in trades.

Like someone said, these kinds of stocks can double, triple, for little or no reason. Usually a surprise to the stockholders as well.

$WWTH Volume picking up lately. Anyone hear anything? Made near fortune twice on this stock back in 2016/15...then it went died for a long time.
Something must be shaking....volume of BUYs are large for this stock in recent times.
Wish the stock would come back. Had a lot of potential at one time!!
