vietnam has been getting what it needs from russia and china...all the u.s. is offering is an alternative to them..the co-producing is an enticement that may or may not happen and is far off in the future...

some politician has stated its a possibility...wonderful..politicians are like ben...they tell you what you want to hear...but without commiting themselves either way...and of course its all subject to change depending on which way the wind is blowing that day...

id take my chances investing in a scam before id care that a politician thinks something is "possible"..
