Why do Apple customers keep coming back for the next ipod.?
Its a smart marketing scheme to get a continuous revenue stream.
They could easily give the them the whole enchilada,but that would be a one time shot.Make them always wanting more.

Based on customers needs,they may only need MS.If they want better,
