This was something i mentioned back when BR was made.
I did no expect kim to attempt to produce the fiber until MS was on the market since by creating a better silk would make MS obsolete.

I would think selling ms at a premium to normal silk for a while then offering the new improved silk would allow for a higher premium.

After all why would a customer buy a 9 when a 10 is about to be released?
