what i find even more interesting is *imo* the majority of stats *reported* on PTOI are totally perverted
and have been for a few years now ..

interestingly .. MM Monthly isn't .. and since this platform out of Finra (ATS Dark Pool) is relatively *new*
it too shows *mostly* true .. imo

some might remember .. the %s from last October (2014) when *volume* ramped (on par with Jan 2012's
back to back days) .. and the thinking was .. that shares were legitimately *sold* .. however >> in observing RT l2 .. i made the comment
that imo it wasn't *selling* as much as that volume was done to *reset* .. and because imo most stats on
PTOI are garbage .. i expected ATS Dark Pool (still a newbie/started in May 2014) to show a significant increase % wise

which it did .. (from memory so i may be off a smidge .. 35% to 65%)

again this data re: OTC runs 4 weeks in arrears .. imo those who collude *count* on *retail* having a *short* memory

or not tracking at all .. ;)

this is why those who do document .. may have noted the increase to 70% EOY .. b4 *access* .. elsewhere
to that 1M *settlement* cert .. which became unrestricted in June 2015 .. but clearly was utilized for months

so .. bottom line is when i see ARCA *utilized* (as was noted in RT on 10.12.15) .. i could make the statement
that indeed ARCA would *show* (be reported) re: ATS Dark Pool .. which it did

ARCA has been utilized for the back half of October (2015) and for the front half of Nov (2015)

btw .. for those who do keep track of TA data .. the only time PTOI had a sub 20% re: ATS Dark Pool
was in February when (from memory so it may be off) .. when P2O issued (approx) 250,000 directly to the float
