and since this platform out of Finra (ATS Dark Pool) is relatively *new*
it too shows *mostly* true ..

Then how do you know what the *mostly* is that is true? Or is that just guesswork, too, which makes the whole report perverted?

and it's why when i had done the DD on those *bogus* 12,500 in *volume* made to look like Gilardi
was actually selling .. (they weren't) .. it came as no surprise to see the *split* (right down that 800,000 middle)

with VNDM and NN for Sept 2015 .. ;)

factor that *reality* (oh what a tangled web got woven) with 200 P2O investors more than willing to see
paths' pursued by P2O .. and that abusive short gets added to CONsistently ..

some might remember .. the %s from last October (2014) when *volume* ramped (on par with Jan 2012's
back to back days) .. and the thinking was .. that shares were legitimately *sold* .. however >> in observing RT l2 .. i made the comment
that imo it wasn't *selling* as much as that volume was done to *reset* .. and because imo most stats on
PTOI are garbage .. i expected ATS Dark Pool (still a newbie/started in May 2014) to show a significant increase % wise

which it did .. (from memory so i may be off a smidge .. 35% to 65%)

reality from my post from late (12.1.14) 2014 .. is

 10.06.14 = 45.70% 
 10.13.14 = 47.62% 
 10.20.14 = 53.09% 
 10.27.14 = 63.13%

and just a reminder >> orchestrated *set ups* on PTOI (either side from 2009 to today) weren't done in a vacuum

which is why imo it's always worth keeping documentation *facts* handy .. :)
