presumably Mark wanted to finish WS post a long time ago.
but it's in Locsmandi's hands, and Mark doesn't have the capital to pay for faster than back-burner attention on the project.

re: starting ST overlapping, that makes complete sense to me.

Mark's work on WS was done once post started.
so Mark was free to focus on other ventures while Locsmandi pokes pixels in the background.
