If according to Mark they were at the cusp of finalizing and completing the post production completion for White Space in December 2011/January 2012 (at the latest).

Don't you think there is BS built in there somewhere. If I was struggling with money and the CEO of a company and I had money issues and had offers on White Space (the way it was and not completed) I would think seriously of selling White Space and using the money (providing there was any left) to jump start my company.

There should have been increased sales (worldwide)for St. James (the subsidiary).

If you have so little money don't you finish one project first when you are this small rather than taking on two projects at the same time.

I try to give Mark the benefit of the doubt but in my minds eye, I would like to see something completed.

Mark told me they would realize revenue from ServeNation (third quarter of 2014 (at the latest). What the hell became of that endeavor.
