I checked with the company and it was an extension of Jim's options as CEO. I am outraged! A CEO who was ousted 3 years ago got an extension of the CEO incentive package for 10 years with a strike price less than half of the original price! Am I missing something? That is hard to justify even for a good standing CEO. The incentive package was supposed to give the CEO incentive to increase shareholder value and he failed miserably and the company is still suffering from the credibility damage.

I am thinking to file a complaint with SEC. Does anyone have any experience?
