Yes, I've filed complaints with the SEC and they replied but did nothing. I sent an email to the "independent" members of the BOD and rec'd a response saying they're happy with the performance of management. So IMO they're complicit. Only option is class action, but probably little to entice a law firm to take the case. SEC says indemnification clause likely unenforceable so management and BOD could likely be personably resonsible. Need a firm willing to take the case.
