I noticed that in the second PR they tried to downplay it. Saying that it's approved for UP TO a 400/1 split.

I'm guessing that his email address got hammered with the reaction to the news. Or perhaps, he monitors YMB or ihub.

That spike yesterday was a total surprise. Still scratching my head on that one. I imagine it'll fade off pretty quickly.

The only thing that is going to move this stock substantially is a solid step in the direction of building the tower.

PPAs or a solid binding agreement for financing is what I'm looking for.
