Not to surprised about spike yesterday, company had to show max r/s results in filing 1/400 giving shareholders 2500 shares per million held and leaving 2.5 million in float after 1/400 r/s . with a float currently around 927 million and insiders holdings from proxy 10/31/14 reducing that by 150 to 200 million. think some are thinking in how many lots of 1 million are in float but R/S could be any number up to 1/400 as stated in proxy
