If everyone were focused on the positive aspects of a business then it's very possible that bad aspects will be missed. We're all here trying to make money. Nobody wants to put their money into something that they don't believe in.

Unfortunately, there's a lot of mud slingers on ihub. IMHO, many would stoop to spreading doubt through whatever method they think is appropriate. The truth is optional...

When I disagree I'll throw in my 2 cents. Sometimes it's more like 50 cents but whose counting.

I've been spending more time on Stocktwits. Not every stock has a board but for the stocks I'm currently trading the boards are quite active.

Plus, there aren't any Post Nazis waiting to snip whatever it is they find to be "inappropriate". We're all adults. We shouldn't have a house mother trying to wash everyone's mouth with soap. Off topic and humorous posts are tolerated, to a point. They do, of course, draw the line at actual abuse.

So far, I don't think I've lost a single post. I've been down 10 in a day around here sometimes. Pretty frustrating...

Not to surprised about spike yesterday, company had to show max r/s results in filing 1/400 giving shareholders 2500 shares per million held and leaving 2.5 million in float after 1/400 r/s . with a float currently around 927 million and insiders holdings from proxy 10/31/14 reducing that by 150 to 200 million. think some are thinking in how many lots of 1 million are in float but R/S could be any number up to 1/400 as stated in proxy

I noticed that in the second PR they tried to downplay it. Saying that it's approved for UP TO a 400/1 split.

I'm guessing that his email address got hammered with the reaction to the news. Or perhaps, he monitors YMB or ihub.

That spike yesterday was a total surprise. Still scratching my head on that one. I imagine it'll fade off pretty quickly.

The only thing that is going to move this stock substantially is a solid step in the direction of building the tower.

PPAs or a solid binding agreement for financing is what I'm looking for.

Hop-on Returns One Billion Common Shares to Treasury

These shares were held in escrow in anticipation of conversion of debt by the Company's long term debt holders, and these debt holders have elected to take, under their Debt Exchange Agreements, preferred stock of the Company, thereby allowing Hop-on to return these shares to treasury.

JDF is doing a debt refinancing if you read PR 6/16/14 They already received shares as stated in the current releases on filings. they are now a major shareholder. Now we need to find out how many Existing NOTES were retired those notes being retired also make up part of the o/s So if JFD got 125 million need to see how many that others had in notes to be retired add up to be. Also PROXY 11/13 Shareholders then voted to increase the A/S to 900 million right now according to OTCBB.COM current o/s is at 524million so after 3rd quarter we need to see what the share count is after JFD count is added an retired notes are subtracted. meanwhile a shareholder said to be for years did not know about a/s being voted on to raise it to 900 m last year an worried about JFD upcoming note in Dec from a pier deal. LOL that may have already been retired. Hope if any other notes not held by JFD That another FINANCING Deal is arranged to get all under JFD in future. Like I said, we've been over run. I ran out of ideas to try to ballance out their BS. I don't plan on doing much posting myself.

I'm pretty discussed with the whole thing.

Timing of their basher attack was terrible. The S1 with the timetable was more damaging than whatever they've said IMO.

Honestly, they have rattled my faith. I'm not as sure as I was about things.

I've been looking into Ron and the companies he's ran before. I haven't found anything particularly damaging, but I haven't found anything particularly encouraging either. My next focus is going to be the Garbage recycling one. Maybe it'll be what I'm looking for.

Being an OTR truck driver makes for severe limitations in time and resources. If I were at home and had my old PC with the big monitor and fast Internet I'd be way better off. I have my phone and a laptop. Most of the time the laptop is useless since I'm depending on T-Mobile for Internet. It's great in some places but nonexistent in many.

I'm really looking forward to the conference call. Hopefully, Ron will surprise us...

We need something concrete, something tangible, something that comes from outside the company. It's hard to make a case that it's not a pump and dump when all we have are permits, applications, and PRs.

PXYN - News out which is under the radar right now. News is huge for company.

Estimates say that without the deduction the company would be profitable.

The second reason the company has had difficulty showing a profit is because of factoring. The company sells its receivables for cash. I guess one reason is the nature of doing business with workman's comp. Payments can take a while.

The news is that the company is going to be doing in house billing. I don't have any real details to offer yet.
