You have a warped view of the meaning of an ambush. It is not an ambush to make me money by hiding spending the same way they have been hiding it since use of the production lab several years ago. Costs have gone up just as es1 has outlined. So if the goal is to bury the competition as well, well then maybe I could begin to understand why you are here..... Kidding, I think I know why you are here. Again if someone sold thinking there was no production, and there ends up being production, then they show no losses. It would be their error especially since it has been shown there has been an increase in costs recently that would indicate production is ramped up. If they sold and someone buys the company or some portion of the company....guess who is out of luck. The guy that no longer owns shares because they thought they read there was no production. It is going to get interesting very soon.

Look if you want GAAP companies, don't look to up and coming stocks, look at well established companies. It is a fools errand to have high expectations for companies that cannot afford accountants. I am making excuses for Kim. I realize this. I am hoping he doesn't disappoint me and shows production worthy of the time that has transpired. I do see plenty of room in money increases that have gone to UND over the last several months. If you want itemization, KBLB will except those willing to work on an voluntary basis to accomplish a GAAP compliant company. If you aren't willing to do it for nothing, then don't expect companies trying to keep their heads above water, to comply. Overall, if you have been in, you have to love the progress.
