What kind of DD would you call relying on the company's inability to know how to report their costs?

This is what I was alluding to the other day, as a possible reason the SEC may further

delay effectiveness....

No one wanted to touch the issue then....

Maybe they will entertain it now.

If one can't properly account for....

How does one know whether or not they're getting ripped off or taken advantage of;

from time-to-time?

No matter how many security protocols are established?

If i'm wondering,doesn't one think the possibility exists that the SEC is also?
