some are guessing more shares will convert to eliminate the KBM note- and some are guessing the note will be eliminated with cash. my guess based on the language in the 8k is that it will be eliminate with cash:

however, the good thing here with STOA is nobody has to guess about the O/S - T/A is ungagged-

Also, some are guessing that there is no difference between the old STOA management and the new, however, most everybody looks forward to full impact! LOL
