I was amused as well. Saying "dilution is done" while attaching a filing indicating an outstanding dilutive instrument seemed a little absurd. Similarly, the assumption that it will be paid in cash has little merit too. STOA has never settled its notes with cash. We all know there is an agreement in place to settle the note, it's likely called a conversion agreement lol.
