I believe the fraud that is being perpetrated is by the ones trying every day for the last 4 to 5 years to bring this company to it's end. Feeding the SEC bs, interfering with deals by calling the partners and would be partners, calling regulatory agencies. This is who has stolen the shareholders money IMO. If Treaty was so bad why would one have to do these thing for them to fail? I hear those that are involved with the take down of Treaty are being investigated by the SEC
