Treaty failed miserably on its own. AND after reviewing all the evidence you can bet the SEC decided to move in. They exist to regulate. And TECO is in their crosshairs to be regulated.

Like a rotten apple this scheme will be buried in the penny land graveyard.

And that's likely just the beginning of the bad news for insiders.
