Depends if you are gambling or just making a charitable donation.

TECO will likely not be a going concern moving forward. Its worse than a NO BID stock. Its actualy being investigated for FRAUD and once that happens the company usually goes *POOF*.. into B & S Block.

If management was just incompetent it would be one thing. But there's no business here and a whole lot of evidence that its just a conspiracy to bilk shareholders out of their hard earned $$$.

The SEC will make an example of these guys.. and cast the net farther for the other suits to pick up.
