The main point I made is that it is moot. There are no cases pending. They have made gloves, showing use. It is unlikely there will ever be a challenge.

I am more interested in seeing patents shared/assigned to Warwick and KBLB. If someone wants to use our IP there, then we build a patent portfolio and sale the licenses.

I believe I read in the agreement with ND, that KBLB will be the ones pursuing remedy for infringement. You better read that before you go there.
