And I am not talking about who signed the 10K. I am talking about Item 10 where the company is supposed to set forth all directors and officers. By omitting Bradley they give the appearance that a director has quit without filing that fact with the SEC. And they have never fixed the problem if indeed it is an oversight which is odd to say the least.

In fact in your post you even say "as i noted elsewhere, suspect bio was omitted by mistake (it does happen)
when the K was filed on 6.4.14"

So we are clearly not talking about who signed it but the fact the bio of Bradley is missing. See below:
