it matters because of what got answered and when

see i actually called the dolts (aka SEC) and sourced the answer
which is why subsequent responses (and time stamps)
indicated that re: BoD's sig required 50% (i.e. .. 1 of 2) .. sheesh

like i said colluding entities have lost .. *significantly*

but then i also noted CONtemporaneously that a wicked gamble was undertaken when RH was
installed as Ceo (mid August 2013) and *backfired*
