interact with the dolts (Sec) *regularly* .. which is why if the
filing didn't have to be amended >> either *for sigs or bio insertions*
it wouldn't be >> based on the *input* of said >> dolts aka sec

that is the real world .. *reality* .. and anyone can pick up the phone
and contact the dolts directly .. and ask the question ..
