The thing is, Jerry acknowledged that the filing was late. That speaks volumes to me since he took the initative to post the 10Q is late and will be late. Additionally, he is still answering questions on the company forum. From my experience with other companies, companies on OTC pinks will just stop reporting and that is it, no more word from the company.
Additionally, Jerry had the company on the Pinks Current for at least a year. Prior to that, the quarterly reports were reported going back to before the company was Xun Energy. IMO, I would say he has been keeping shareholders informed to date. If one quarterly report is late, as long as it comes that is all that matters.
If you want to know the answers to the questions posed, your best bet is to post on the forum and let the company respond.
