Jerry hasn't kept shareholders updated, The filing was supposed to do that. What he said was comparable to nothing because we still no know no more now than we did before he supposedly updated shareholders. What was updatish about his comments? That we are now non compliant, we knew that nothing updateish there. That he would not be fined? We knew that, nothing updateish there. That the report was not ready? Duh the non compliance speaks for itself, along with current shareholder value. You want to know what a meaningful update is. How's that so called Mazut deal going? Complete I mean closed yet? Apparently not. How's those J.V's going? How's Rice 15 going? Those would be meaningful updates.
