Hey Carsmax nothing personal to you, but I'm done posting on Jerry's forum. All my post in regards to Jerry are posted to the SEC. Jerry didn't have to tell us it would be late, we would have found out anyway. Not like his telling changed anything. And being current for over a year is not a major accomplishment, that's what legit businesses are supposed to do. No reward or commendations for doing your job. If you want to run your company successfully, you will do what successful companies do. Make your filings. Bring value to the shareholders that have kept you in business. Anything less than that is unacceptable!

A lot of praise there to a CEO who has given Shareholders a NO BID, TWICE DOWNGRADED, DEBT RIDDEN stock that has 15 Billion Authorized shares and nothing worthwhile to show for it except speculations.

Be honest, XNRG is a MAJOR FLOP that even managed to piss off Their Note Holders as now as of this date they can't sell at .0001 because no one wants to buy.

I've heard off deals many years ago but nothing ever happens to make them come to life.

The only transparency here is in the Filings and PRs and as of late they are a dying breed. Check out the Filings for the last 6 months, and transparency will be seen.

No praise coming from me to a No BID Stock. That will have to be earned first.

Shareholders who wanted to sell for a Tax write-off couldn't even do that.

Praise the CEO, sure.

Jerry needs to spend less time on a silly Company Forum and more time getting this Company Current and with a Bid.

That's the only bottom line here for shareholders.

Jerry, time to put up or shut down, the Company can't exist forever as a No Bid Company.

The thing is, Jerry acknowledged that the filing was late. That speaks volumes to me since he took the initative to post the 10Q is late and will be late.

What is so great about acknowledging your required SEC filing being late?

It's not like everyone would not figure that out anyway when nothing has been uploaded on to Edgar.
