3. Not PR'd production despite announcements indicating capacity increase and timelines?

1. What is suspect about it? Do you know of other financing? The relationship has been fine and has worked. What preconceptions of financing do you have? What is a good deal?

2. Sigma is still a shareholder or interested enough to be a shareholder to except shares for IP rights and possibly ZFn pairs/binding proteins. I guess you aren't including education institutional interest. Warwick Mills is larger than some venture capital firms.

3. You know who Kim is. It has been PR'ed, but not confirmed since tentative dates given.
