Is anyone really surprised here?

Same question posed another way, if they have the holy grail why does KBLB;

1. Have suspect financing through CSC
2. Not have any interest from venture capital firms or larger corporations
3. Not PR'd production despite announcements indicating capacity increase and timelines?
