sky, i have talked with Mark a few times by phone and email.
but i generally avoid bugging him,
as i know some people hound him all the time,
and i'd prefer he focused his time on making film deals and getting us back to OTC.
(food for thought...)

re: challenging Mark on the recording, fwiw, i've always assumed this was an exaggeration, so i never aimed to pin Mark down on it.

for me, the important thing is moving forward with the 211 paperwork,
which finally seems to be happening.

question for you: have you personally heard the recording?
if not, and it exists, why not?
have you ever asked Mark to play it for you over the phone?
or send you an MP3 file?
if not, why not?
