I challenge you to address this issue to Mark. Mark has the recording and if he is on the up and up he will tell you what he told me.

Mark even went so far as to have FINRA recorded twice saying the same thing concerning the 211 being satisfied immediately upon receipt of the form 10/audit. Seems off the wall but I only relay what Mark tells me.
