i think people also forget that $srpt is trying to get accelerated approval on a biomarker. And it seems the biomarker data is not good. maybe $srpt should show the public why they think the dystrophin data is good enough.

They are not trying for accelerated approval on six minute walk where people are seeing dramatic results. The ful approval will come on 6MW data from their newer studies.

clinical trials must have pre-defined endpoints, and retrospective post hoc findings are never allowed for anyone.
