I think it's important for those upset with the FDA to provide examples of how the agency has held the company to an unreasonable standard, one that it wouldn't impose on other companies. I am hard pressed to cite an example.
Rather, I think the complaints are more centered around how the FDA didn't treat SRPT to a special, almost exemption-like standard. The complaints about how Woodcock had pictures taken with advocates fit under this umbrella, in my opinion.
