Again the use of the word Fact . I was not invited to watch or continue to watch the testing so I can only use the IMO . If I were privy to the info from the testing of the AOT I could state FACT. And say this is what really happened .

Day one : after many months of TC paying their employees to tweak and modify the AOT it is hooked up

Day 14. The AOT runs for two weeks and the head honcho says why are we even testing this thing anymore :: End that lease and let's sit down at the table and get these ordered before STWA allows others to
Jump in .WAIT !!!!!!You say we have to give a 90 day notice .. And they are talking to KM .... s@&@ !!! .

Oct 15 th arrives and
Things are moving forward ..TC & STWA have worked it out ..STWA even has KM involved ..

I could say this is FACT because it must have happened this way , however I will just say IMHO .
Sounds as good as any other argument I 've seen .
