#12012 RE: Tpsully #11894

Day 14. The AOT runs for two weeks and the head honcho says why are we even testing this thing anymore

Not in the real world unfortunately. Again, read KM's SPECIFIC testing parameters and the SPECIFIC TCPL parameters that could not have been assessed by then. HOWEVER, it NOT WORKING could be assessed that fast.

End that lease and let's sit down at the table and get these ordered before STWA allows others to
Jump in

So is this a good thing if this was what happened? STWA limiting their sales to JUST TCPL? Would ETA not have a lawsuit (just imagine ETA is legit for a second)? What about these agreements specifically being non-exclusive? That not mean anything? Do companies like KM or TCPL go to a company like SHAW pipe and demand that they ONLY sell pipe to them? How about pumps? How about ANY other system on a pipeline? No? Well why would they do it for this? Why would they chose to almost certainly pay MORE to have exclusivity when there is more oil right now then anyone can pump? It's not like they will run out of subscribers. It's not like these companies build pipes right beside one another and then compete for business.. They would risk billions doing this? Also, the fact is, they wouldn't' have to terminate the agreement to do this. They would have kept this running for longer assessments while negotiating. It just does not work. The most obvious answer is usually the right one. Past 'success' with previous devices shows how well the tech functions.

WAIT !!!!!!You say we have to give a 90 day notice

For what? They didn't need to give notice to negotiate. That is 100% false... FACT.

Sounds as good as any other argument I 've seen .

really?
