That case has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with CJTF!!! It's about a tax write-off for third party having donated land to a university! Again, nothing to do with CJTF and nowhere near CJTF claims.

Apparently Erickson was a MASSIVE land owner. Did he sell claims to Barrick and Kinross, too?
