It may not be relevant to you, but investors have a right to know where the CJTF mining claims came from. And, they have a right to know more about the guy that provided the ore estimates using methods that the BLM has declared to be fraudulent.
Erickson is an amazing guy, no doubt. It appears that at some point in his career, he decided that defrauding investors was easier than actually exploring and mining. Too bad.
