I assume that the claims mentioned in the trial that were overstaked on previous claims have been invalidated and are no longer viable claims. I don't know where those claims were in relation to the claims that Einar sold to CJTF, although the trial records indicated they were in the area of the Reveille Mine (where Assett #26 claims are). I am not saying the CJTF claims are invalid. I am just pointing out a pattern of fraud and deceit on the part of Einar Erickson involving over-valuation of mining claims which was documented in that trial.

As the guy that also provided those bogus ore estimates for the Asset #26 claims, the same estimates which CJTF is now using for promotional purposes, Einar is obviously not one to be trusted. And I know for a fact that those ore estimates are flat-out bogus and fraudulent. Einar created them, and Fred is using them. I am certainly not a lawyer, but to me, Fred is the one that risks legal action by using them to sell stock.

It is very interesting to read about how Erickson operated his game: http://www.leagle.com/decision/198663386ahtc547_1600

Yes, it was a long time ago (70's and 80') and Erickson is now in his 80's. However, CJTF is now promoting claims which came from from Erickson, and they use his ore estimates to show evidence of mineral wealth. It's a fraud.
