X - A good leader never blames those being led.

Blame is easily attempted to be shifted, but the bottom line remains.

The position of CEO is active not passive.

If we were voting a supermajority for management raises
I would wager calls would have likely taken place.

Hopefully the Board Of Directors will effectively deal with this problem.

It isn't the I that counts it is the WE.
