Agreed many people need to have their hand held and monitored then reminded. Then called again. And perhaps one more time. But for many many on here this is a very important part of their investment and life for that matter and believe me when I tell you they didn't vote. I found it strange that the guy in the back of the room couldn't tell me if in fact some accounts with hundreds of thousands of shares of mine were counted because they were mixed in with other shareholders shareholders, logically speaking he should be able to drill down.

Perhaps one of you that are well versed in this entire process can walk us through.

But of course it always comes down to the CEO I mean duh.
