Corp to Thinn to CyberKey Solutions.... What you found is not unusual or a hidden agenda, it is and was all made public. Expand the Utah search and you will find a number of other Companies that discontinue updating old company data and stop paying filing fees, why pay a fee on a company that is no longer in use or existiance? Call the State of Nevada and maybe they can explain it in better detail for you.

Thinn Express was Plants Company, which turned out to be a stepping-stone made a decision to aquire the CyberKey name. Taking a look at Corps history I can see why I would change the symbol\name if it were me but the reason it went from Thinn (Plants original Company) was to get onto the public market under the CyberKey name later changing it's name and Symbol to CyberKey Solutions with it own clean slate. This route to company naming on a publically traded stock is the cheaper route, besides the name CyberKey wouldn’t be available unless you but it this way so Plant did it to aquire the name CyberKey……

ST. GEORGE -- After spurning offers from two other companies regarding its ownership, CyberKey Corp. said Monday it has been acquired by Thin Express.

The combined company is named CyberKey, and the stock symbol has switched to CYKY.

Don't confuse by bringing out multiple companies when only one exists besides the SEC\FBI only go back to 2005. If you think they are as ignorant as I do (FBI went to Waco turns out they went Wacko) you might want to call them and and point out you findings.

The short answer is my stock is with CyberKey Solutions (CKYS)...........
