America's failings and disappointments can be traced to the demise of the My iKey, a secure means to collect one's personal papers on a memory stick secured by CyberKey Systems' proprietary technology. Think of the spam mail each and every one of us would not be receiving if we all had CyberKey System's product to keep us safe.

Plant, JFK Jr., and Tupoc are joining forces to make CyberKey Revisited the success we knew it could be. Thomas Heaton and Ruth - stand by and stand ready. Wait for the phone call.

Pure Risk Play..

I think anyone that boarded here post January was aware it was pure risk play, so it's throw away money at best. Entries at .0001 really did pay well. So not sure of the baggage handling. At this point all CE tickers are for the most part DOA. If by some measure, a custodianship does enter into any CE ticker it might get some traction...after it gets to the pink current level, which would take some time. All lotto picks, with zero expectations as explained in the iBox. This one did move from .0001 to .0018+, a significant increase.

This is a pure casino play/pick, there is nothing to suspect anyone is operating behind the scenes on CKYS. Nothing on OTC markets has been touched (with some tickers, if something is happening the first thing you will see is the T/A Updated) that's not the case here.

Pure speculation, CKYS did do a nice run to .002 on 2/16 on 71M volume, the peak date of all OTC tickers. It's still pushing some small volume these days, but who knows what move it will make. It's a lotto pick, but perhaps the winning number already got drawn on 2/16! GLTA

It's flying through on the OTC Expert Markets, so it's anybody's guess as to what's happening. But it's trading a bit & the OTC on
these bottom feeder sometimes go ballistic. Volume is not much though. Few bucks passing through the ticker.

The stock was trading in the grey market but it got upgraded to the otc because of the consistent volume. There is no company it's just a useless shell. You should be able to sell get out while you can.....

yeah i had 10 million @ .0004 at one point in time. I got rid of everything here and there @ .0001. I've already made back the loss which is nice.... How many did you have and what cost basis?

Stock must still be registered, but as far as I know the company went out of business. If someone knows different I would love to hear. SPDC & MRDH are similar. Stocks still trade but no rev filings, etc.

Catty, it would hopefully let us long term holders partake in the new company. The couple of times this has happened before I was a shareholder in the new company and actually got out close to breakeven or made a little. With the popularity of SPACs I didn't think this would be done anymore. But.....

The longer that nothing is said to blow this up, the more I like your answer. That would be the right moves for someone looking to acquire stock, slowly and on the cheap to gain control.

Dickmo put me down for number 4. Another dead one rose from the grave today, SPDC. Went from a penny to .07 on 450,000 shares. Very curious behavior. But I'll take it.

Still have to believe that any company that crashes as hard and fast as this one did has to have a lot of skeletons hidden somewhere. Maybe the statute of limitations has run out in which case this could be a cheap shell. Just hard to believe that of all the flotsam, given up for dead OTC stocks, its just hard to imagine someone found this one. I happen to think CKYS is cursed, but this is more than worth watching if only for entertainment purposes.

All I can see if that someone or a lot of someones are buying this, there is only one reason to buy a stock. So grab the popcorn and vodka, pull up a cushy chair, and get comfortable. We can only hope that Act II is even half as bizarre as Act I was.
