I don’t think Hsu will get us current until he has a buyer. He is tired of hemorrhaging money. We could be dark for awhile this time.

Yeah, he’s had plenty of time to find a merging company or a buyer for the shell. I keep holding out hope that he has something in the works, but every time we are late filing, it’s apparent that he doesn’t. If we were close, he would be filing on time.

This wait, with zero movement or updates from Hsu is very frustrating. The only positive I can find with the amount of time this is taking is….you have to believe as connected as Hsu is, that it would be relatively easy to find a “start up” Chinese company to merge in.

I believe the fact that it is taking so long tells us he is looking for a decent sized company to merge in. At least I hope that is the case. Either way, he needs to get a move on.

Yep. He’s definitely trying to put something together, but the fact that he’s late tells me nothing is imminent, which is a little discouraging considering how long it’s been since the Sky Cosmos deal fell apart.

It is odd to me that he is struggling so bad to put a deal together considering his long history with Nam Liong.

I think it’s become apparent that he’s incompetent. He botched the deal with Sky Cosmos and now it’s obvious he simply can’t put a merger together. For him to file the extension paperwork and still let it go dark is just another example of a guy that is in over his head.

The shell is still very valuable in the right hands. I am hoping he can sell the shell to someone that knows what they are doing. Hsu is a clown.

Agree. It was pretty much a nothing burger, but as I have said before, I am just happy he continues to spend the money to keep us current. Would really like to see us be able to trade freely w/ MM’s so I hope you are right.

That’s why I refuse to sell until I know the outcome of the merger. Hsu has to find a company to get a ROI. He’s not going to walk away from a half a million dollars. That’s why he’s paid to keep the shell current.

As you said, the S/S is set for a massive move on ANY good news. This thing was at $10 on the last good news that fell through.

At this point, I hope he sells the shell. I’ve lost faith that he can put another deal together after the Sky Cosmos merger blew up. I mean, if u can’t close out a deal w/ people u have been working w/ for 20 years, I’m not sure u will be able to put something else together. This is what I’m hoping as well. It doesn’t make sense that he would let us go delinquent when he has been diligent in keeping us current for so long.

A common reason for extension filing is a merger is taking place. Let’s hope that is the case here.

Until we get news, bid sitting in the way to go here. As discussed on here, some investors are going to need money are going to forced to liquidate. This is unfortunate because anyone that has a large position has been here for a very long time.

I am blessed that I don’t currently need money so I can stay the course. I wish Hsu would at least give the shareholders some sort of update as to his goals, but the cultural differences between the Chinese and Americans seem to be at play. He’s definitely not “pumping” his valuable shell in ANY way, which leaves all us guessing as to what the next step will be and the timeline in which it will take place.

Unfortunately, it’s same ole, same ole for now.

I looked through it and I don’t believe there is much added from the 8-k. CDC was mentioned in the 8-k as well. I’m not sure what Hsu’s end game is w/ switching Samoan companies, but it tells me something is happening. I guess we are going to have to see how it all plays out. He’s not spending all this time and money making these moves and keeping us current to sit dormant.

While I wouldn’t mind if ur right, I don’t believe u are. If you read the entire 8-k they referenced raising $800,000 and paying a salary of $200k to Hsu. Additionally, why post the pics of the different subsidiaries of Apollo and products if u are selling and simply trying to remove the “shell” designation?

Again, I wouldn’t mind if u were correct w: ur take here. Your contributions to this board have been a big reason I have stayed all-in (believe it or not, I have NEVER sold 1 share of this stock).

I believe they went public to raise money to grow the different business channels under the Apollo umbrella.

Unfortunately, I believe we are at least a year from a significant PPS move, but I am very bullish about the future of our ticker. The lack of trading tells me that no one knows about $NLSC.
